TASTING NOTE: Dried fruit, smoke, vanilla bean, coffee and chocolate aromas roll out of the glass. Dry, quite robustly fruity/smoky. Flavourful, impactful, warming 'dessert' Cognac that is best enjoyed at room temperature (no need to swirl/warm it in a snifter). Enjoy with foie gras, aged parmigiano, or dark chocolate cake.
