Bright golden yellow colour. Intense, spicy, pear puree nose with lots of vanilla notes. Sweet, medium bodied, harmonious, spicy, fresh pear compote flavours with a lingering, vanilla-tinged finish. Paolo Marolo began producing grappa in 1977, and has established himself as a producer of creative and elegant variations. The look of his Milla brand has been updated but is still created by infusing chamomile blossoms in Nebbiolo grappa. Marolo suggests serving it chilled or frozen as an after-dinner digestif.
