This was one of Beppi Crosariol’s 'picks of the week' for March 12, 2010. TASTING NOTE: And now to those whiskies. The major value, released in some parts of the country in advance of St. Patrick’s Day, is Kilbeggan Finest Irish Whiskey. There’s fine balance here between notes of grain, fruit and spice. It’s almost robust enough to be a good Scotch. (Beppi Crosariol, The Globe and Mail, March 12, 2010) |
