| TASTING NOTE: This elegantly presented eau-de-vie is equally impressive in the glass. Intriguing nose of honeysuckle, sweetgrass, floral, apple peel, white raisins and fresh cream. It starts out sweet and fruity, with lovely texture, before a wave of spicy white pepper washes delightfully over the mid-palate and nice, lingering finish. Impressive poise and elegance throughout.
