TASTING NOTE: Rich amber color. Honey, mossy river stone, toasted cereal and nut aromas. A silky entry leads a glycerous dry medium body of spice, buttered rye toast, peach jam, cedar, and wet stone flavors. Finishes with a sweet raisin bread fade with a wisp of praline, slate, and pepper. Remarkable smoothness and style makes this an instant Irish classic. Exceptional.
