Created in 1903 by UK-based Berry Bros., specifically for King Edward VII (reign: 1901-1910), The Kings Ginger Liqueur is a combination of macerated ginger root in a neutral spirit, plus a judicious addition of lemon oil to give the spicy ginger a lovely refreshing citrus tone. Though originally created for the king as a winter warmer, today its ideal in a variety of delicious and exotic summer cocktails. |
