Uva means grape in Italian. In 1984, Benito and Giannola Nonino created a new style of grape spirit, making it not just with the skins and pulp from a specific variety (as with classic grappa), but the fresh juice too. As a result, the aromatics and flavours of the source grape are maintained in the finished distillate. Enjoy this aromatic version from Malvasia as an after-dinner contemplation sip. |
