| TASTING NOTE: Wonderfully floral on the nose with fruity notes of peach, cantaloupe and grapefruit, this single vineyard (single plot!) Torrontés is the perfect wine for the dog days of summer. Dry, medium bodied, crisp and fruity, it's expressive and well structured but not overly serious. This is meant for good times on the patio or cottage deck alongside finger foods like mildly spicy calamari. (Vintages panel, Jan. 2012) |
