Clear and colourless. The nose is quite intense with attractive, honeyed, fresh cut hay and sweet pear marzipan notes. Dry, very bright and harmonious with gentle ripe pear flavours with a lingering, very slightly peppery finish. This Grappa is made by distilling the grape skins and pips from Ruffino's Riserva Ducale Oro Chianti Classico. |
