TASTING NOTE: Nose opens with attractive fragrance then green apple aromas fill the air followed by delicate fruits like pear and ripe melon. Soft, mellow mouth with fine oaky tones and more apple in baked form. Biscuit and pie crust along with chocolate and marmalade. Fine balance. Spice filled finish.
