| Due to its coastal location, ‘Clynelish’ is a Highland scotch that tends to have a slightly salty/briny ‘island’ character. Our panel’s tasting note: Aromas suggest iodine, spice, leather and smoke. Very dry with very good spicy/brine character replays. Full-bodied with a long, elegant finish. (April 2002) |
