| Golden light amber colour. Honeyed, ripe, plum-caramel nose with some vanilla notes. Bright, harmonious, slightly spicy, ripe plum-caramel flavours with a lingering, crisp finish. With an area of only 432 square kilometres (167 sq. miles) it is the seventh largest Scottish island. |
