Very pale yellow colour. Faintly peppery slightly honeyed, spicy, ripe lemon nose with some caramel notes. Assertive, flavourful, well balanced, bright, medium bodied, dry, ripe, plum, lemon-tinged flavours with a hint of caramel on the lingering finish. Better than when it last appeared in Vintages (**) on January 21, 2012 at $39.95. CSPC 981084

TASTING NOTE: Fresh and fruity on the nose in classic Arran style, with pears, toffee apple, and vanilla. Cinnamon and ginger notes develop in time.
