| Distilled from Moscato grapes, expect this grappa to be quite aromatic. Grappa is still considered one of the great binding traditions of Italian society, but how do you best serve this well-loved Italian spirit? Preferably in special grappa glasses, tulip shaped and closely related to cordial glasses. The glasses should be ice cold and the grappa should be given a minute or two to breathe after pouring. Never mix and try not to serve it at room temperature, as grappa can be temperamental and poor serving conditions will seriously affect the flavor.
