TASTING NOTE: Attractive amber/old gold color. The elevated spirit level is apparent right from the first sniff, along with more subtle aspects such as sawdust, pastry dough and oak. Flavor profile is guided entirely by the abv (90 proof) which lends an element of "grip" that is unusual for Cognac. Excellent. Special Designation: Excellent, Highly Recommended.
