| Candy apple-coloured, with an intriguing nose of mulling spice (especially clove and cinnamon) and orange peel, cardamom pod, potpourri, hickory smoke and maraschino cherry. Both sweetly bitter and bitterly sweet with terrific spice and citrus rind replays. Chill this slightly before enjoying it as a splendid palate refresher at the start of a meal or as a digestif at the end. |
