A Vintages exclusive. Still Waters is a new distillery that launched in 2010. Their first product was a premium-quality vodka, but their true ambition lies in creating unique Canadian whiskies. Currently, their first distillations continue to mature in ex-Bourbon barrels in their cellars. This release is a blend of four- to six-year-old whiskies sourced from other producers, plus up to 10% from their own production; it was their first choice of 11 possible different blends, thus the 'Special 1+11 Blend' name. As their barrels mature, expect to see single malt bottlings too. |
