| Light yellow colour. Intense, spicy, sweet, honeyed, caramel nose. Sweet, smooth, very spicy, intense, herbal, floral camomile flavours with a lingering crisp finish. A unique eau-de-vie uses Chardonnay and Garganega grape skins to make a grappa which is infused with Italian camomile. Chamomile or camomile is the common name for several daisy-like plants of the family Asteraceae that are commonly used to make a herb infusion that can help to induce sleep. Try slightly chilled as an after-dinner digestif. |
