TASTING NOTE: A rich and intriguing nose laden with smoky cedar, spiced plum, red and dark cherry and currants. Poised and restrained, particularly considering that it's a 2010, with lovely echoes and smoky spiced fruit throughout. The tannins are ripe and mesh seamlessly with the other elements to create a balanced, smart and sophisticated Cabernet. Drinking beautifully. Enjoy this with steak and grilled mushrooms.
