AÑEJO TEQUILA Mexico
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CAVA DE DON ANASTACIO
Light yellow colour. Appealing, rather intense, faintly peppery, alfalfa-hay-tinged, wheatabix nose. Dry, medium bodied, intense, very spicy, faintly peppery, slightly sweetish, herbal, agave-mustard flavours with a lingering, high acid, fairly cedary finish. A tad aggressive for my taste to be a “sipping” Tequila! CSPC 364646
