Medium golden amber colour. Fairly intense, gently spicy, complex, plum, figgy caramel-creme brulee-tinged nose with lightly sweet-vanilla custard notes. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, rounded, caramel-tinged, bright, plummy flavours with a touch of lemon-apple puree on the long, lingering finish.
