Bottled at barrel strength of 54.2% alc./vol., this bourbon combines 6, 8 and 12 year-old whiskeys. Tasting note: Here is a style of bourbon that will appeal to bourbon lovers and to anyone new to the category. Its somewhat lighter, complex body displays a handcrafted whiskey with layers and layers of flavour. This bourbon sits well on its own in a snifter (add water if you wish) but is perfect on the rocks where it will remain flavourful throughout several rubbers of bridge, a long evening of reading a Civil War history or relaxing chatting with friends.
