| Clear and colourless. Intense, very slightly peppery, faintly honeyed, sweetish, candied cherry nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, harmonious, tangy, gently candied, ripe cherry flavours with a lingering crisp finish. Screwcap closure. |

| TASTING NOTE: G.E. Massenez was founded in Alsace in 1870 and is one of the few remaining family-owned operations dedicated to producing eaux-de-vie and crèmes. There is a certain timelessness to this example. Considerable intensity to the cherry aromas and flavours here. Long, clean, and very satisfying. Chill and enjoy after the meal.
