| Medium golden amber colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, very faintly peppery, ripe plum-caramel nose with some vanilla notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe plum flavours with a lingering, caramel-tinged, very faintly grassy, grappa-tinged finish. |

Smooth, mellow mouth with marmalade, barley sugar and vanilla. Toasty nuts and candied orange peel play a part. Fine texture. Relaxing finish.
