Medium golden amber colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, very faintly peppery, ripe plum-caramel nose with some vanilla notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe plum flavours with a lingering, caramel-tinged, very faintly grassy, grappa-tinged finish. CSPC 298422

TASTING NOTE: Complex and inviting nose filled with heather, honey and vanilla. Very attractive floral backing with pink rose and lavender. Smooth, mellow mouth with marmalade, barley sugar and vanilla. Toasty nuts and candied orange peel play a part. Fine texture. Relaxing finish.
