| Medium amber colour. Intense, sweet, extremely spicy, slightly bitter, herbal (in a really nice way) nose. Very tasty, refreshingly sweet, spicy, intense, herbal flavours with a harmonious, lingering, bittersweet, minty-clove tinged finish. This Amaro is best enjoyed as an after dinner digestif. |

| TASTING NOTE: Bitters, liqueurs with attitude, are other great digestives all too scarce in Ontario. Poli Amaro is an Italian bitter just released in Vintages which I found fantastic.
