TASTING NOTE: I would much rather more Niagara producers go for this almost Sauternes-style ice wine when using vidal, then leave the elegant ice wines for riesling. This golden-amber elixir has a terrific nose of rich crème brulée, orange marmalade, peaches and a hint of honey. It's very sweet, thick and creamy/oily in texture with just enough underlying, balancing acidity. Outstanding length! Will be great with fruit flans, peach pie!
