| Light golden yellow colour. Intense, sweet, spicy, ripe apple puree nose with some caramel notes. Very sweet, medium to medium-light bodied, intense, spicy, ripe, melon-lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, gently viscous, albeit bright, gently effervescent, honeyed-caramel finish. Has 9.5% alcohol and 261 g/L residual sugar. Similar to the 2010 (***) released on September 15, 2012 at $79.95. |

| This was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2014 National Wine Awards of Canada. When it comes to Icewine, few can hold a candle to Inniskillin and even fewer when you are talking of the lively sparkling version. Sparkling Icewine is (if you will pardon the pun) a very cool take on a classic Ontario style and the bubbles create a beguiling sense of dryness on the tongue in this very sweet wine. Icewine is always a great way to end a holiday meal, and the sparkle here makes it an even more festive choice. |
