TASTING NOTE: Founded in 1897, Torre Oria owns the distinction of being the first winery outside of Penedès to create wines under the DOC Cava designation. A complex nose of toast, apple, pear, clove, orange citrus, mineral and a very noticeable brioche. Creamy, long and crisp, with a gentle mousse and big flavour. A long, mineral-rich finish. Very nice. (VINTAGES panel, July 2014) Price $ 15.95
