Light straw colour. Attractive, very gently toasty, slightly spicy, ripe lemon puree nose. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, bright, ripe lemon flavours with a lingering, faintly toasty, high acid finish. Very fine effervescence. Great value here! |

TASTING NOTE: Light gold. Ripe pit fruits, orange and fresh bread on the highly perfumed nose. Fleshy, round and smooth, offering ripe pear and nectarine flavors and a refreshing jolt of bitter citrus pith. A subtle honeysuckle quality comes up on the finish, which clings with very good tenacity and spiciness. Score - 90 (Josh Raynolds, International Wine Cellar, Dec. 2013) |
