Very light yellow colour. Intense, slightly spicy, ripe apple-lemon-melon nose with gentle buttered toast notes. Dry quite well structured, medium bodied, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, slightly toasty finish. Flavourful, well balanced and very effervescent. This 12% alcohol blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 5% Meunier was disgorged on November 2014 with a dosage of 11 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 995720
