CATHEDRAL CELLAR BRUT SPARKLING 2010 Méthode Cap Classique, WO Western Cape, South Africa
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer KWV
Bright medium straw colour. Attractive, faintly toasty, slightly spicy, ripe lemon nose. Dry, medium bodied, tangy, ripe lemon flavours with a very slightly toasty, fairly crisp, effervescent finish. Great value and actually in the Champagne vein. Has 12.5% alcohol and only 9 g/L residual sugar with lot number L13016 appearing on the back label. This repeat is better than the recommended 2010 (**/**+) released on April 12, 2014 at $16.95. CSPC 296426
