Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, harmonious, very slightly spicy, bright, very fairly honeyed, bright ripe plum-lemon-strawberry flavours with a lingering, effervescent, crisp, faintly toasty finish. Fleshy and seamless on the palate, offering sappy strawberry and blood orange flavors that expand and gain sweetness with air. Closes spicy, smoky and long, with excellent clarity and no rough edges.
