Medium light salmon pink colour. Intense, very slightly spicy, faintly toasty, ripe lemon-plum-strawberry nose. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, harmonious, very slightly spicy, bright, very fairly honeyed, bright ripe plum-lemon-strawberry flavours with a lingering, effervescent, crisp, faintly toasty finish. TASTING NOTE: Bright orange-pink. Displays intense aromas of fresh red berries, orange pith, buttered toast and smoky minerals, with a suave floral nuance in the background. Fleshy and seamless on the palate, offering sappy strawberry and blood orange flavors that expand and gain sweetness with air. Closes spicy, smoky and long, with excellent clarity and no rough edges.
