Clear colour. Intense, sweetish, spicy, sweet grass, hay and cooked, pear on the nose. Very spicy, bright, just off-dry, peppery, grassy red apple and cherry purée flavours. It’s double-distilled in copper pot stills and made in the same method as an Italian grappa, it joins the piscos of Chile and Peru and French marc. |

This is a product made all over the world. In Chile and Peru it is known as Pisco, the French call it Marc, the Italians call it Grappa and in Bolivia it is called Singani. Created with distillates from the Muscat de Alexandria grapes, Singani is double-distilled in copper pot stills. Best served in mixed drinks. |
