Very pale day-glo reddish salmon colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe plum-cherry nose with some hints of strawberry. Fairly dry, medium-light to light bodied, bright, slightly spicy, tangy, plum-strawberry flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Has 13% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar.
