| Bright reddish pink colour. Slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple nose. Crisp, fairly dry, medium-light bodied, plum-red apple flavours with a crisp, unoaked, very faintly peppery finish. Has 14% alcohol and only 4 g/L residual sugar. OK but seems to be missing the charm that I often associate with a good Tavel. |
