ROEDERER |
Very pale salmon colour. Fairly intense, gently honeyed, bright, somewhat peppery, plum-lemon-apple nose. Dry, medium bodied, plum-raspberry-lemon flavours with a long, crisp, faintly peppery finish. Has 12% alcohol and 15 g/L residual sugar with lot number L.5029 on the neck tag. Tasted three times. Not up to when it last appeared in Vintages (***) on November 26, 2013 at $35.95 and was Recommended Best Buy. Widely available in the $25 US range, it’s no longer a detour. |
