Medium straw colour. Gently complex, gently toasty, ripe lemon-melon-apple nose - quite Champagne like! Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, gently complex, crisp (total acidity 7.5 g/L), slightly toasty finish and fine effervescence. This blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 46% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Meunier offers great value for Champagne fans. Made in the tradition method - MCC or Methode Cap Classique.
