Medium-bodied, dry and some kind of wonderful from Régine Sumeire, Propreitor-récolt. One of the most respected rosé producers in Provence: consistently great year after year. This bone-dry rosé is a blend of 64% Grenache, 29% Cinsault, 4% Syrah, 2% Rolle and 1% Sémillon grapes. Please pass the pâté. Pair with: pasta, smoked salmon, sausages, grilled pork. Drink: 2014-2016. Score - 93 (Natalie MacLean, nataliemaclean.com, Nov. 2014) |
