Medium reddish pink colour. Slightly spicy, apple-plum nose with some slightly peppery, dried strawberry notes. Fairly dry, medium to medium-light bodied, crisp, slightly spicy, plum-apple-crancherry flavours with a lingering, very crisp, unoaked, slightly peppery finish.
