TASTING NOTE: A delightful wine at a delightful price, this beauty opens with enticing aromas of strawberry-rhubarb jelly, red pepper, garden flowers and clover honey. It's juicy, bright and savoury on the tongue with a citrus peel note and a cleansing acidity. Enjoy it with grilled peppers, eggplant and zucchini on focaccia. (VINTAGES panel, April 2015) |
