Bright light salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple nose. Fairly dry (11 g/L residual sugar), light bodied, tangy, apple-plum flavours with a crisp, unoaked, very faintly sweetish finish. Screwcap closure. Ready-to-drink.
