Bright medium straw colour. Fairly intense, honeyed, spicy, ripe melon nose with some bisquity notes. Dry medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, spicy, honeyed, lemon-apricot flavours with a lingering, gently toasty, very effervescent finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and only 8 g/L residual sugar.
