| TASTING NOTE: Quite lovely on the nose with strawberry jam and red pepper jelly notes dominating. The palate is fresh and lively with a long pepper-accented finish. The key to a successful meditation is focus and concentration, both of which this has in spades. A great choice for relaxing with after dinner while enjoying a cheese platter.
