TASTING NOTE: Winemakers in the BÌo BÌo Valley experience a wider range of climatic challenges than are present in Chile's other valleys. Strong winds and higher than average rainfall are just two of the extremes faced in the valley. But for the very skilled and patient (not to mention courageous), the rewards of the valley's cool growing conditions are stunning - as this fresh, creamy, round, complex and long sparkler clearly demonstrates.
