Extremely pale straw colour. Shy, slightly spicy, honeyed, ripe lemon-apple nose. Faintly sweet (13 g/L residual sugar), very light bodied, spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-lemon flavours with a very crisp, unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink.
