TASTING NOTE: The pretty pink color is visually enticing. Tart raspberries and Bing cherries flavor the palate along with a light, savory spice note. The bubbles are delicate, creating a gauzy mouthfeel on this light-bodied wine. The residual sugar adds suppleness and it's well balanced by the marked acidity. This suave palate leads to a lingering finish. Score - 93 (Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection, May 22, 2013) |
