Bright extremely pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, bright, ripe lemon-melon-apple nose with some mineral notes. Off dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, vibrant, ripe melon-apple-lemon, yellow grapefruit flavours with a crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish.
