Extremely deep intense purple colour. Spicy, ripe, plum-cherry nose with lots of cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, spicy, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, crisp, cedary finish. Has 14% alcohol and 7 g/L residual sugar. Even better than the recommended 2009 (**) released on January 5, 2013 at $19.95. Pascual Toso produces a wide variety of great Malbecs and this is the top wine of the Vintages July 25 release Argentine thematic.
