The consistent red fruit and blossoms in this rosé from Château Val Joanis have made it a bit of a tradition in itself here at Vintages; it has appeared on our shelves every summer since 2003. A fine and finessed sipper that is also a serious rosé with the structure and texture to match with everything from shellfish to salmon, barbecued chicken or grilled pork ribs. |
