Bright light orange salmon colour. Gently complex, slightly spicy, bright, ripe plum nose with some lemony notes. Dry, medium bodied, very effervescent, slightly spicy, very bright, plummy, ripe lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp finish. Quite ready-to-drink.
