Pale straw colour. Attractive, gently toasty, fairly spicy, nutty, honeyed, ripe lemon-apple nose. Dry, quite well structured, medium bodied, slightly spicy, attractive, ripe lemon-citrus flavours with very good effervescence. Better than when it last appeared in Vintages (*+/**) on March 19, 2011 at $19.95 and was an Explorer Selection. CSPC 957894

TASTING NOTE: Fresh nose of sour lime and bready yeast. Above average concentration and structure with a solid acidic core. Leesy notes throughout with a persistent finish. Bubbles are bright and lively with a warm, buttery, creamy mid-palate. Substantial weight for a Blanc de Blancs style. A smart buy.
